Our server was really nice and pretty. She was also very attentive and sweet! This is such a better experience than prior experiences. Everything was perfect she paid attention to detail. I'm really picky btw. My boyfriend and I left happy and satisfied. So thank you Danielle!

The worst service and food. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to the other restaurant. Food and forty dishes left on tables. Dirty! Don't eat here!

Denny's is Denny's. Food is pretty good, service is good but the wait for your food is endless. Never sure why, but do not expect a quick stop when you go to Denny's

I would give them 0 stars but have to put one star in order to write a review. This is the worst Denny's I have been to. We waited for 45 minutes before we got our food. The service is very slow and they were not busy at all. Not worth the wait. Very frustrating.

Well like others have said, it's a Denney's, not a five star restaurant but descent food at a somewhat reasonable price. We met some friends there for an early dinner, we were seated promptly, server was very attentive, food was OK (if you don't mind eating a ton of sodium like most other chains) The reason for the low rating is because we were constantly bothered by flies, most of the customers were swinging their arms around trying to get rid of the pesky flies, not only were they a nuisance but we all got bit on the legs, arms and back. We complained several times to our server but our complaints fell on deaf ears and apparently there wasn't a manager on duty, or maybe she was fed up with taking complaints to the manager. Very, very, very disappointed even for a Denney's, my only suggestion is the manager or manager on duty get involved and have some contact with the staff and customers. There was also dried blood spots on the window frame in the entry way and drips down the sidewalk, again, signs of a manager that is out of touch with his store, probably comes and goes thru a back door and never sees what the customer sees. This place needs an active manager, interested in serving the public and customer service, I didn't see any evidence of that in this store

Lets just say you can't really rate a chain restaurant on the food, they all have the same standards most of the time. Now my review is based on the service I got or should I say didn't get and also for how the manager handled the situation. Basically what happen was myself and a family member when to have dinner, we promptly got seated, after being seated we where then given water. After that no one ever came to take are order. No joke we say there and waited 20 mins. The table across from us had two waitresses, they got service over and over... So, after no service I asked for manger and the manger came and said oh let me guess it's because u didn't get service.. I was like WTFFFFFFFF!!!!!! And she sai oh sorry and that's it I was pissssssed!!!!!!!!! So never ver ever will I go again and I wrote a letter to the company!!!

I'm a late night eater, so I've visited many Denny's before. I was impressed at the speed of service. We were a party of 11 and we were quickly seated, our orders were placed and our food was out quick compared to most Denny's, especially for a party of this size. Our waitress was also very nice. Now for my complaints, the portions seemed much smaller than other Denny's I have visited. My fries were less than the size of a hand full and were all stuck together. I order the prime rib Philly melt and it was almost all onions, shredded way too thinly. The sandwich was almost impossible to bite through.

Man, this was the worst Dennys I've EVER been to. There were only 3 tables, but our food took FOREVER to come out. Like seriously an hour. I honestly felt like the server just did not give a single sh*t about his job, or the service. Barely spoke to us, took forever... and then our order was WRONG! The server argued with us too. I'm never coming back. BTW, I'm referring to the late night crew.

LBN review response* To be fair, this is Denny's that we are reviewing... Ok so I had the Bananas Foster French toast, 2 eggs and bacon... FT was dripping in this creamy yummy sauce with some banana slices that look like they had seen better days. I couldnt eat it all because it was so rich. The eggs were over done for my taste, I asked for over easy and they had brown all over them ick!!! I was hungry so I ate them, Bacon was perfect to my liking, not over done and not raw. All of the food was served HOT which was another plus in my book. There is nothing quite like luke warm food and congealed eggs for breakfast. I would recommend this Denny's as the service was prompt and friendly and the food was hot.

It's Dennys, c'mon. Food good, service good, great breakfasts. Same as last thirty years. We did have the Tilipia platter the other day and fish a little mushy but all in all decent. Grand slam is still a good breakfast. Waitress we had couldn't have been nicer.

Too bad I can't give zero stars. My partner and I just left there after waiting 30 minutes for the waiter to return after tossing the menus on our table. We called and they said ,"If you want to complain, call back in like two hours." Wow, Denny 's. Wow .

By far the worst service I have recieved. Our server her name was caprie very rude rushed us to order. When we got our food my husbands was wrong and she sent it back didn't even apologize for the mistake and the cook wanted to argue with her. We got it back and it was just heated back up!!! Wow how nasty! So we asked for a manager and she didn't even want to help us, don't see how people can work in a restaurant and be so rude!! Never go there again!!!!!

Let's just start by saying, it's a Denny's. The bar for expectations is already low. That and both my dad and I have worked in food service. So we're extremely forgiving, because we know how it is. Tonight my dad and I stopped in for a late light dinner. It was about 10:30 pm, they were staffed adequately, there was a party of 8, and about 5 other tables seated. Nothing crazy. We were seated quickly, the server brought our tea and coffee promptly. We ordered some food. So far, so good. The food arrived after a good 30 minutes, which by then, our drinks were empty, and the 8-top was filtering out. No one had noticed our drinks were finished, so when our server brought the food, my dad asked for more tea, and I asked for a glass of water. Server left. Food is half gone, no sign of server. The manager is just chilling at an empty table looking over paperwork, not observing anything. Server is staring at her POS system like it's in another language. A few tables back, the trashiest of Bullhead's finest is swearing obnoxiously right next to a table with a mom and her two kids that are under 8-years old. The mom looked unhappy, and the manager could care less. Manager went up to a new table and schmoozed for a few minutes, and went back to her corner. Server went to a new 4-top and chatted happily and took their order for a good 10 minutes. We tried to get someone's attention, but they weren't having it. No one brought us our check. We went up to the cashier to pay and get the hell out of there. Our server was still poking at the POS system. Every time I go to this Denny's it sucks. Worst customer service ever. I've been to it plenty of times over 7 years, and no matter who manages the place, the service is always terrible. BHC Denny's - Managing to set the bar even lower, one dissatisfied patron at a time.
